The ‘Chill Me Out” Balance
Step off the roller coaster for a moment and come in for a ‘Chill Me Out” Balance! Always stressed, never stop for a moment to look after number one, can’t sleep or can’t stop the mind going and going and going?? Breathe. Chill out. Have help to do so.
The ‘Fine Tuning’ Balance
The ‘Fine Tuning’ Balance is for those who are cruising along smoothly and have most aspects of their life on track. Like taking care of our cars, we all need a good fine tuning to make sure that we stay on top with our energy engine flowing happily. This balance checks in on every level and promotes continued wellbeing.
The ‘Sort Me Out’ Balance
Sometimes we just need to say to those we care about “Sort it out!” The ‘Sort Me Out’ Balance cuts right into the core of the issue(s), peels away the layers and help you to see more clearly, work your way through the mud and move forward.
Gift Certificates can be purchased for infants, children, adults and even our much loved pets! They can be posted out or emailed – please organise gifts at least 3 days in advance.
