About Holistic by Nature
My name is Kate Pamphilon and I am the founder of Holistic by Nature! I’m a complementary medicine practitioner, published author, blogger for several sites and expert for Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar. I’ve been drawn to the world of wellness from the moment I was born, it’s my soul’s work. Throughout my time here I have travelled, worked and studied in many locations. I came to a point in my life (OK, yes – I mean that point when you feel mature enough to take on something BIG!) where I was ready to apply all that I had gathered. I started my practice where I began to work with others one to one and I brought my blog to life.
I’ve so much to share. From 2009, my background in IT content management enabled me to start blogging on what I love most – helping the community to apply the knowledge and techniques of healing practices from across the globe. This is what makes me happy. I’m that family member or friend who’s always researching and sharing what I’ve found that may help when a friend is in need. I’m driven by this simple point –
We are holistic beings by nature; we have a body, a mind, emotions, spirit and energy system. By acknowledging this simple fact means that the most profound healing occurs when we treat the whole person.
