After a much loved period in Melbourne, where I spent several years training to be a Kinesiologist and studied other complementary modalities such as Reiki and Soul Synchronisation (strengthening the mind-body-heart link), I have moved to Canberra.
I am excited about continuing my professional adventure in my hometown.
In the time between packing up and moving to Canberra, I have given birth to a beautiful baby girl. This experience has expanded my connection to health and healing.
Thank you to the increasing number of visitors to Holistic by Nature. I am slowly catching up with answering your questions. I will begin once again to write articles that are requested by you and I am planning a series of new articles which I hope will be of interest to this community. I will be continuing my series on ‘Sleep’ as I have received many questions about particular times such as waking up at 3am. The goal of this website is to make available the information and tools that form the knowledge base of complementary/alternative medicine.
As of September 2011, I will be practicing in Canberra. Have a look through the various categories above to find out how Kinesiology can help you. Please call or email to make an appointment.
Kindly,
Kate

Hi Kate, I’m a Kinesiologist letting you know about a new course by Philip Rafferty Kinesiologist/Kinergetics guru who is coming to Canberra to do a demo and work shop in Balance Nutrition and Toxicity which aims to treat neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinsons, also Fibromyalgia and others. It is TMJ based and course includes manual and testing kit. Ailments are quickly corrected. I have done the course recently, highly recommended. Demo free Friday 20/2 and work shop 21/2 $200 venue in Deakin to be confirmed. If you know patients or friends with these ailments please recommend that they come and by treated by Philip, he will spend 5-10 mins per patient he is that quick. If you are interested in further course content email or phone me your expression of interest. thanks Judy Fountain (Yass)
